This Mandela Day, Badisa invites you to help build a Wall of Care for older persons across South Africa.
For many older persons, care is more than daily assistance. It is safety, dignity, belonging, love, support and the reassurance that they are not forgotten. Through Badisa’s Services to Older Persons, we work to create spaces where older people can age with dignity, receive compassionate care and continue to feel valued in their communities.
Our campaign symbol is the tortoise carrying a heart-shaped home — a gentle reminder that care should feel like home. A place of protection, patience, wisdom and belonging.
