Help Me Turn My Passion for CrossFit & HYROX Into a Purpose

Just over a year ago, I stepped into the world of CrossFit and HYROX, and I completely fell in love.

What started as a way to become healthier quickly became a passion that has changed my life in ways I never imagined.

When I began this journey, I weighed 116kg. Today, I weigh 89.3kg.

My cholesterol levels have improved from 7.5 to a healthy 4.3, and I am no longer pre-diabetic.

CrossFit and HYROX have given me so much more than physical results. They have given me confidence, discipline, resilience, and a community that has supported me every step of the way. They have shown me that change is possible and that it's never too late to invest in your health and yourself.

Because of this incredible transformation, I have discovered something even bigger: I want to help others experience the same life-changing benefits that I have.
