As the 2026 school year begins, hundreds of vulnerable learners in Alexandra Township are at risk of losing the support that keeps them in school.
The Keeping Kidz in School (KKiDZS) Programme, run by SnAPSA, provides academic, psychosocial and mental-health support to learners facing poverty, instability and trauma. While our work is grant-funded, we are facing a temporary funding gap between cycles.
We urgently need to raise R200,000 by the end of March 2026 to keep the programme running until the next funding round (expected in June).
