XCO World Championships 2026 (Val di Sole, Italy)

Hi everyone,

I have been selected to represent South Africa at the UCI XCO Mountain Bike World Championships in Val di Sole, Italy in August. Competing at this event has been a goal of mine since moving into the Junior category and being eligible to qualify. Im currently ranked 10th in the World and the highest ranked first year Junior.

Unfortunately, as with so many other federations, Cycling South Africa is not in a position to assist with any costs: flights, accommodation, race expenses and equipment, there is even a compulsory contribution towards staff costs! 

While I am committed to doing everything I can to get to this Championships, I cannot do it alone.

I would be incredibly grateful for your support. Every donation, no matter the size, will help me get one step closer to standing on the start line at the World Championships.
