MeanKat Cafe Vet Bill Donations

MeanKat Café NPC is a rescue-focused cat café based in Durban, South Africa. While many people know us as a café filled with cats and cuddles, behind the scenes we are heavily involved in rescue work, rehabilitation and helping cats find loving forever homes.

We work alongside various rescue organisations including PMB Kitten Fostering and Rescue, Take Me Home Adoptions, Feline Family, Feline Connection, St Francis Carers of Abused and Abandoned Cats and Feral Cat Rescue Trust. Many of the cats at MeanKat come from difficult situations including abandonment, neglect, illness, injury or unsafe living conditions.

Our goal is to provide these cats with safety, medical care, proper nutrition, socialisation and a loving environment while they wait to be adopted.

Recently, the number of urgent rescue cases needing assistance has increased significantly and the veterinary costs have become overwhelming.
