I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart, as Sisters Incorporated, a women's shelter that has been a beacon of hope and safety for countless women and their children, is at risk of closure due to funding challenges. I am launching this BackaBuddy campaign to rally support and ensure that this vital sanctuary continues its mission of providing refuge to those in desperate need.

My Personal Connection:
When I was just 13 years old, my life took a drastic turn for the better when my mother made the courageous decision to take my two brothers and me to Sisters Incorporated. It was a sanctuary that became our safe haven, our refuge from the storm. That decision changed our lives, providing us with a space that was not only safe but also nurturing. Sisters Incorporated became our home for a year, giving us the strength and support needed to rebuild our lives. A space free from judgement and filled with care.
