Support a Swim. Save a Turtle. Inspire Kids

16 km SWIM for turtles and the next generation of ocean protectors

On Monday, 26 October, renowned long-distance swimmer Carina Bruwer will take on a 16 km charity swim for GoReefers Logistics and the GoGlobal Group. Every stroke will help raise funds for two SAAMBR programmes: rescuing and rehabilitating sea turtles, and bringing marine conservation education to school learners.

A turtle in trouble needs skilled care and time to recover. A child who gets to discover marine life may carry that experience, and the desire to protect it, for years. Donations to this campaign will support SAAMBR’s turtle rescue and rehabilitation work and help make ocean learning accessible to learners from under-resourced schools.

GoReefers employees are taking action too, joining cleanups and showing that caring for the ocean begins with what we do on land. Carina’s swim takes that shared commitment a remarkable 16 km further.
