Trajan started his owner-managed motorcycle workshop business, ‘Tornado,’ in 1991. Over the years, he built a loyal team of seven employees, supporting seven families, with four staff members serving for 16 to over 20 years. He is widely respected for his energy, expertise, and unwavering commitment to delivering continuous, high-quality, and relevant service to his customers.

In 2007, Trajan became a T6 paraplegic following a racing accident. His remarkable determination ensured the continued existence of the business without any job losses. In 2014, a devastating fire destroyed the workshop units, motorcycles, and equipment. Despite this major setback, Trajan maintained employment for his staff by securing borrowed workspace until the workshop was fully rebuilt and operational again.

Even during the COVID-19 pandemic and a severe hospital stay in 2024 due to a burn injury, Trajan managed to generate sufficient income to pay all employees their full wages, despite financial hardships.
