The Core of Courage

Hi, I’m Brittany.

At 29, I live with cerebral palsy quadriplegia. It affects my movement, my core strength, and I am still learning to walk independantly. In public, I still use a wheelchair but in the comfort of my own home I move on my hands and knees. So many parts of daily life that others may never see. There are moments of pain, frustration, and exhaustion that happen quietly. But even in those moments, I have made a choice: I will not let my condition define the value of my life.
As an advocate for disability, an overcomer, and someone who chooses to keep growing each day, I believe God has given me the ability to be an inspiration.
It has shaped me, yes. But it has not broken me.

As I step into the world of inspirational speaking, my heart carries a deep desire to reach others who are living with disability and wondering where they belong in society, in the workplace, and in the world. I know what it feels like to long for acceptance, dignity, and a place to stand with confidence.
This is why I am doing this journey.
