This October, I’ll be running the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon. I won’t be rope running this time, but I’ll still be running it the Rope Runner way — with my skipping rope proudly draped around my neck. Think of it as a recon run to show my rope the route for next year, when I plan to rope run the Cape Town Marathon as the kickoff to my journey to rope run all eight World Major Marathons in two years.
This year has been an incredible journey of challenges, resilience, and purpose:

February: Completed my first-ever rope running marathon in Cape Town, becoming the first person to run and skip a full marathon.

April: Took on the Two Oceans Marathon (56 km).
